Allow me to introduce myself. My name is Jeff Driscoll. I work as a full time fitness, yoga and pilates and instructor and part time personal trainer in the Toronto/Scarborough region.
 
While i formely taught at GoodLife Fitness, i now teach many programs across the city at different amazing locations! Take a look at my class schedule for more information! While i still greatly love and respect the LES MILLS and BTS programs my greatest passion is going back to freestyle classes, where i can create amazing programs using my own creativity to accomdoat the abilities of all participants. My favourite fitness classes to teach include freestyle step, and pump :) As you can tell from my website, i am very passionate about yoga.  
 
My latest passion however is Ninjitsu. I have recently joined a dojo  known as kageyama which explores traditional ninja fighting techniques right in the heart of downtown toronto where i train weekly. I am looking forward to brining martial art inspired movements into cardio combat/cardio kick box group environments and boot camps! I also love muya thai Kickboxing and participate in classes 2 or 3 times a week at KRUDAR kickboxing.
 
 
I am also certified in an extensive range of Les Mills programs.  
I  previously taught Body Attack, Body Step, Body Pump , and Body Flow. I am also Certified in the BTS program, GROUP POWER.
 
 
I am also certified in Keiser Group Cycling and Aqua Fitness as well as in Newbody (low impact aerobics training program for all levels that builds cardio-vascular strength and improves and enhances the shape of your body). I also have a RESIST A BALL LEVEL 2 Certification with CAN FIT PRO !
 
My true passion however is Yoga, not just the physical side of yoga but also the spirtiual.
 
I have completed my training with Susie Dias (pictured left) at the East to West Yoga studio and am currently certified in Classical Matt Pilates through East To west Yoga. I am also certified as a  Yoga for Kids instructor through training with Sherry Leblanc.
 
I am a certified Yoga exercise specialist, and am a fully registered instructor with the Yoga Alliance at the 200 RYT HR level. I am currently doing additonal certification courses to reach the 500 hour level certification. I have obtained certifications in TANTRiC yoga Art, Yoga For Back Care, Restorative Yoga level one and two.
 
I teach several yoga classes across Toronto and have developed yoga meditation classes, Yoga for Kids and Yoga for Athletes programs.
 
Yoga unites mind, body and breath and takes you from the physical to the etheral. My yoga teaching style is a combination of Meditation (raja yoga), Hatha (gentle yoga), Restorative Yoga and Vinyasa (free flowing athletic-type yoga).
 
It's sure to challenge people from all levels, and I offer many different types of yoga classes for a variety of tastes.
 
When not teaching or practising yoga, I enjoy travelling, reading, camping, swimming, hiking, video games, cooking and bird watching. I'm always looking for new adventures and to meet new and interesting people.
