Experience
I have been practising as a fitness instructor for the past 12years and it has become an intricate part of my lifestyle.
I have been invovled in yoga as both a participant and instructor for the past ten years and I am as passionate about the spiritual elements of the practice as I am of the physical.
As a full time yoga and fitness instructor, I am currently based in the city of Toronto and teach and instruct in the Toronto, Scarborough, Etobicoke and the Richmond Hill region.
I am qualified to teach FIS, Keiser Cycle and Aqua and officially certified in several
programs; including Cycling, Body Attack, Body Pump, Body Step, Body Flow, New Body, Five Factor Fitness, Newbody Yoga Advanced Resist a ball level 2 and Matt Pilates.
I teach many programs around the city and am registered with the Yoga Alliance.
Prior to returning and working in Canada, I conducted and managed fitness classes in the United Kingdom. Having trained in Manchester, Birmingham and London; I practised in and around the West Midlands.
During my time in England, I mostly instructed group exercise sessions as a freelance fitness instructor at over 25 gyms and fitness centres, including Virgin Active, Bannatynes Fitness Clubs, LA Fitness, Fitness First and public leisure centres.
