Extreme Boot Camp
Details:Personalized speciality training combining 30 mins of interval based cardio training with stations of core work/weight work and body weight work for increased muscular strength and endurance. They're the two best ways to burn fat combined to leave you sculpted and toned!Classes: Can be arranged to take place in your apartment complex, or office workplace. Sessions per week combined with nutritional counselling!

Restoravtive Yoga Program
Details: Deal with Acute trama from accidents, or chronic illness/disease! One to one sessions for 150 dollars, covered by many insurance plans. Simply have your docter prescribe.
